What to include in a witness report

The experience report form gives you a place to describe an encounter from beginning to end. It asks for the date and time, the exact or general location, how long it lasted, your estimated distance, and whether anyone else witnessed it. Approximate details are welcome when you do not know an exact answer.

You can describe photos, video, audio, tracks, or other material you have so the team can contact you about sending it. The form also asks how you want your story handled: contact you first, share anonymously, use your name, or keep it private.

Use the paranormal help form to explain what is happening, where it occurs, when it began, and how often it happens. Include what you have already tried and what you would like the team to help with. This is separate from reporting an encounter for a possible future case file or episode.
